The buyer enquiry and seller price-update forms use HighLevel / LeadConnector to submit your enquiry securely.
If you email or call, the information you share is used to respond to your property enquiry. Avoid sending sensitive identity documents through a general enquiry.
Property appraisal request form
The property-appraisal, seller and dedicated price-update pages use a secure form provided by HighLevel / LeadConnector. When you submit it, your name, contact details and property address are sent to Braydan’s customer relationship management system so he can respond to your appraisal enquiry. HighLevel may also process technical connection and source information to operate and secure the form. This request does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Website measurement
This website uses Google Analytics to measure visits, page views and interactions such as phone and enquiry link clicks. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive technical information about your browser and device. No form answers, email draft contents, names, phone numbers or property addresses are sent as analytics event details. A click or opened email draft is not counted as a completed enquiry. Completed appraisal form submissions are recorded by HighLevel. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Google Ads conversion tracking has not been configured.
Other website services
The hosting provider may process technical connection information needed to serve and secure the website. Email and phone services process enquiries through their own systems.
Instagram previews and videos
The homepage and article pages show local preview images first. Instagram content loads only after you select a load button or open Instagram directly. When an embed loads, Instagram receives technical information from your browser and may use cookies under its own privacy policy.
